The trapezoidal channel automatic vibrating concrete lining machine and U-shaped concrete automatic ditch channel lining device are designed for high-efficiency concrete placement. These machines are adaptable to various sites, including canal bottoms, canal slopes, and highways. All equipment specifications, including the length of the fuselage, can be customized according to the width of the working surface.
Working Principle: The machine consists of four parts: the feeding machine, spreading machine, screeding machine, and receiving frame. The loading machine is placed on the slope, automatically controlling its walk. Concrete is fed into the hopper by the belt, introduced into storage via a baffle plate, and spread evenly by the vibrating plate before being smoothed by a trowel.
