The drain bottom lining machine consists of four essential parts: loading machine, screeding machine, smoothing machine, and surface collecting frame. The loader is strategically positioned on the slope of the canal, with its frame connected to the leveling machine. Equipped with walking wheels at the bottom, the system offers automated movement control.
Materials are fed into the hopper via tanker and belt system, then distributed evenly by a vibration plate under the rack. Finally, the surface is smoothed and manually finished by the collecting rack, ensuring a high-quality lining for farmland drainage and side ditches.
